RULES FOR RENTAL MOTORBIKE IN BALI
- Minimum rental period for delivery and pick up of our bikes is 5 days ( 125cc bikes), 3 days (150cc bikes). We can provide a bike for a shorter period, but renter have to pick up and return bike at our office.
- We dont ask to make a prepayment for the booking our bikes. You must provide photo of passport together with your address in Bali for booking confirmation.
- All rental payments must be done in advance for whole rental period when we will successfully deliver your bike and sign agreement.
- We accept payment in cash in USD, IDR, EURO and AUD. Also Master Card/VISA. We can bring the card machine or merchant to your place if not enough cash (card method payment plus tax 3%).
- Easy method renfundable security deposit for motorbike 125cc use 20 / IDR 300.000 above 125cc from usd 34 / IDR 500.000
- Automatic scooters we provide without requiring driving license. However driving license with the appropriate category is required for renting a big motorcycle.
- We provide all our bikes with good maintenance
- The renter must provide an address or hotel / villa name, time and other details at least 24 hours before delivery. At the end of the lease we will also pick up your bike.
- The location for free delivery and pickup is within 5 km from the office of the company (within Ubud - near areas). Consult us if out ubud area or not on our working hours.
- We providing our bikes together with the original registration of the vehicle, in case of loss of documents MotorBikeRental Bali company will charge the renter 100 USD.
- The MotorBikeRental Bali company is obliged to provide 2 helmets.
- In case of the helmets or any extra items are lost or broken, the MotorBikeRental Bali company will charge the renter according to the value of new items.
- There are no mileage restrictions when you rent our bikes.
- Insurance: MotorBikeRental Bali company provides insurance for all our bikes with minimal responsobility for customer.
- The damages cost less than 100-400 USD (depends on the model of bike) must be paid by the renter. The rest of all spending will be covered by the MotorBikeRental Bali company insurance.
- The renter will be full responsible to any consequence caused by letting or giving the bike to be driven by other person.
- In any case if any damages caused to third parties as a result of the incident the renter will be fully responsible to it.
- With the cancellation of the rental of the bike on the initiative of the client, we retain 50% from the remaining term.
- The renter will be full responsible to any damage of the bike if it is driven not on the road (e.g. beach, mountain, field, jungle, etc).
- For successful navigation in Bali, we recommend using the google map application in your smartphone with a local sim card. You can buy a sim card in any mobile shop for 10 USD.
- It is not permitted to drive our vehicles outside the Bali island. If you are planning a trip to the neighboring islands is recommended to leave the bike on a paid parking lot near the bay.
